These do not qualify for credit:

Household DTI or income estimators on the bureau file
Misaligned criteria such as missing rules
Vantage 4.0 differing from FICO or other scoring models
Leads over redeem limits from concurrent consumer sessions
Failed ID verification where there's no fraud
Withdrawn applications, or the consumer changed their mind
Credit criteria that changed between pre-approval and your verification
ChexSystems failure
